I am proud to annouce the first Gas Station financing program we have had to offer. Getting loans for gas station purchases and refinances has always been a difficult undertaking because most lenders stay away from them.

Okay, to the nitty gritty. Here are the basic details about the program:

• Minimum credit score of 600
• Maximum Loan to Value of 75%
• Purchases, Rate/Term Refinanced, AND Cashouts!
• DSCR is NOT calulate or considered!
• Property must have a minimum 2 year operations history
• Loan amounts from $100,000 to $1,000,000
• Full income documentation required.
