No Title Seasoning Loans

We have loan programs that allow for No Title Seasoning on investment property.  For most of these programs you do need to have pretty good credit and a decent asset base (funds in the bank).

These programs are disappearing fast due to the general state of real estate across the country so you better act quickly!

You can generally go up to 95% on no cash out refinances and up to 90% for cash out. The good thing is that you can go of the current appraised value of the property!
